Can I spread my existing mortgage over several years?
Ano, rozložení je možné. Některé banky to již zařadily do svých nabídek jako standardní produkt. Dále je možné provést rozložení v rámci konce fixačního období, nebo nabídku od současné banky porovnat s ostatními, a tím docílit lepších podmínek.
