mBank has launched an Autumn campaign with interest rates starting at 2.49 %

mBank oznámila podzimní kampaň pro hypoteční úvěry. Garantované sazby začínají na 2,49 % pro 3letou fixaci, LTV do 50 % a s využitím nabídky pojištění.
Pro zájemce o refinancování má banka připraveny sazby od 2,39 % pro úvěry nad 1 milion Kč s 3letou fixací a pojištěním. Úvěry nad 2 miliony Kč začínají na sazbě 2,29 %. LTV vždy do 80 %.
