mBank od 1. 6. 2015 snižuje úrokové sazby. Pro 3letou fixaci a LTV do 90 % lze získat sazbu 1,94 % bez využití životního pojištění od mBank. S využitím pojištění lze sazbu ponížit o 0,25 %, tedy výsledná sazba může být 1,69 %.
Pro 5letou fixaci a LTV do 90 % se lze dostat na sazbu 2,24 % bez využití pojištění. S nabídkou životního pojištění je pak sazba 1,99 %.
