Komerční banka raises interest rates on its mortgages

Od února nabízí Komerční banka navýšenou úrokovou sazbu 4,49 % pro LTV do 80 % s fixací na 8 let. Pro stejnou výši LTV a fixací na 5 let se základní úroková sazba dostala až na 4,89% úrok. Ještě na začátku prosince přitom byla nabízená sazba pro 80% LTV s fixací 8 let na hodnotě 4,14 %.
