Česká spořitelna cut the interest rates by 0.2 % for 5, 8 and 10y fixation periods

Česká spořitelna snížila v červenci úrokové sazby pro hypoteční úvěry s LTV do 80 %. Úrokové sazby aktuálně začínají u běžných fixací následovně:
- Fixace 5 let s úrokovou sazbou 2,49 %.
- Fixace 8 let s úrokovou sazbou 2,59 %.
- Fixace 10 let s úrokovou sazbou 2,69 %.
Nově banka zavádí fixaci na 20 let se sazbou 3,49 %.
